Crispy Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into quarters
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cumin

Preparation

Step 1

1. Chop cauliflower quarters into medium size pieces and toss with olive oil. Make sure each piece is lightly coated.

2. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and cumin, toss again.

3. Spread cauliflower evenly on a baking sheet and roast at 425F for 20 minutes, shaking the pan once or twice.
