Beef barley soup

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 6 cup water
  • 6 beef bouillon cubes
  • 3 – 8oz cans tomato sauce
  • 2 T Worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 cup barley
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 1 1/4 cup celery chopped
  • 2 carrots cut into pieces

Preparation

Step 1

Brown ground beef add next 4 ingredients, season to taste with salt, pepper, parsley and oregano.
Bring to a boil, then add remaining ingredients, simmer 1 ½ hours.
