Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 c red wine vingegar
- 1/4 c fresh lemon juice
- 1/1 /2 tsp. dijon mustard
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 tsp. ground pepper
- 1/4 c chopped fresh oregano
- 1 1/2 cups extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup finely chopped shallots OR red onion
Preparation
Step 1
In food processor, mix all ingredients except olive oil. With motor running, slowly drizzle in oil unitl well emulsified. Taste, add salt pepper if needed.
