Ingredients
- 1 1/3 c sugar
- 1 c butter
- 1/2 c corn syrup
- 1 t vanilla
- 1/2 small bag sliced almonds
- 1/2 small bag coconut
- 4 quarts popcorn (popped)
- Place popcorn in a large mixing bowl or a buttered cookie sheet.
Preparation
Step 1
In a medium size sauce pan combine sugar, butter, and corn syrup. Stir, and boil until a softball, 228-230 degrees. Then add vanilla, almonds and coconut. Pour heated mixture over popcorn until evenly coated.
