Almond Coconut Popcorn

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 c sugar
  • 1 c butter
  • 1/2 c corn syrup
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 1/2 small bag sliced almonds
  • 1/2 small bag coconut
  • 4 quarts popcorn (popped)
  • Place popcorn in a large mixing bowl or a buttered cookie sheet.

Step 1

In a medium size sauce pan combine sugar, butter, and corn syrup. Stir, and boil until a softball, 228-230 degrees. Then add vanilla, almonds and coconut. Pour heated mixture over popcorn until evenly coated.
