Lemon Herb Chicken or turkey Ring

Ingredients
- 2 Cups coarsely chopped cooked Chicken or Turkey
- 1/2 Cup diced red bell peppers
- 3 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1 lemon
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 Cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/2 Cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 pkg's Refrigerated crescent rolls
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Chop chicken or turkey
dice red bell peppers
chop parsley and mix together.
Zest 1 tsp of the lemon & press garlic.
mix all the ingredients together and set a side.
On a round cookie sheet pan or pizza stone, lay out the crescent rolls. Arrange them in a round circle, with the points facing out. The larger side must touch, & over lap.
Put the mix in the round circle you made. It will look like a wreath. Then bring the points in and over the mix. seal the edges, and you are ready to bake.
28 to 30 minutes, until golden brown. Serves 8
