Ingredients
- 1 stick of butter or margarine, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can cream-styled corn
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
- lightly salt and pepper
- paprika
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Pour into greased casserole dish (rectangular works best). Bake at 350 for one hour. Check center with toothpick.
This seems to cook faster in an aluminum pan, so I check it at 50 to 55 min. and it is always done.
