Mushroom-Ginger Noodles

Ingredients

  • 5 oz. rice noodles
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp minced ginger
  • 2 tsp dark sesame oil
  • 1-1/2 c shitake mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 c onion, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 c green onions, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

1. Prepare noodles, drain.

2. Saute garlic & ginger in sesame oil over medium-high heat for 30 seconds.

3. Add mushrooms & onion; sautee 4 min.

4. Stir in noodles, soy sauce & salt.

5. Sprinkle with green onions.
