SOY PORK TENDERLOIN

Ingredients

  • Marinade:
  • 2 pork tenderloins, 1 to 1 1/2 lbs each
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds
  • 5 TBS sugar
  • 3 TBS minced onion
  • 2 TBS ground ginger
  • 1 TBS garlic powder

Preparation

Step 1

1. Oven 350.
2. Mix marinade ingredients and marinade pork tenderloins for 24 hours, turning occasionally. Drain marinade and reserve
3. Bake tenderloins for 45". Cool and slice thin. Set slices back in marinade and heat.
4. Serve on dollar rolls
