CRAB STUFFED MUSHROOMS

Ingredients

  • 1/3 c. melted butter
  • 1/2 c. Alouette garlic and herb flavored cheese
  • 1/2 c. finely minced imitation crabmeat
  • 18 large fresh mushrooms – stems removed
  • Seasoned bread crumbs or Ritz cracker crumbs
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Preparation

Step 1

Combine cheese and crabmeat. Brush mushrooms with melted butter. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stuff mushrooms with cheese and crab mixture. Top with bread crumbs, drizzle any remaining butter over mushrooms. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Serve while warm
