Carrot Cake Supreme

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tsps. cinammon
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsps. soda
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 cups grated carrots
  • Icing
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1 8oz. cream cheese
  • 2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325*. Combine dry ingredients then add oil and mix well. Add eggs one at a time mixing well after each. Fold in carrots. Pour into 2 greased and floured 9 inch round pans. Bake for 1 hour or until done.

Icing
Cream butter and sugar. Add remaining ingredients. Ice the cooled cake
