Pulled Pork ~ Moms

Excellent very tender pulled pork Yum!

Ingredients

  • Pork Butt - 5 lb piece
  • salt & pepper
  • 14 oz can beef broth
  • 1/4 cup brewed coffee
  • liquid smoke

Preparation

Step 1

Pork Butt - 5 lb piece
rub with salt & pepper
put in a slow cooker - crock pot
add 14 oz beef broth
add 1/4 cup coffee
add dash of liquid smoke

Cook 6 to 8 hours

It will be fork tender, pull pieces of pork off and place on plate, using knife and fork remove excess fat and put pieces of pork into a bowl pulling apart with forks. Once all the pork is broken down into the bowl add a little of the broth if needed to moisten and mix in barbeque sauce to your liking.
