Garlic Parmesan Pork Chops

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Ingredients

  • 4-1/2 " boneless pork chops
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 c milk
  • 2 tbs dijon mustard
  • 1 c italian bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c butter divided
  • 1 1/2 tsp minced garlic
  • 3/4 heavy cream
  • 1/2 c parmesan
  • 1 tbs chopped parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Coat rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray. Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper. In small bowl stir together milk and mustard. Dip pork chops in milk mixture. coat in bread crumbs. Place on baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 mins. Melt 1 tbs butter in sauce pan over med heat. add garlic and saute 2-3 mins. Stir in cream and sheese; reduce heat to low and simmer 3-4 mins. (do not bowl) Whisk in remaining butter until melted. Serve over chops and garnish with chopped parsley.
