Crock Pot Potato Soup

Ingredients

  • 30 oz. Frozen Diced Hashbrowns
  • 32 oz. Box Chicken Broth
  • 1 can Cream Chicken Soup
  • 1 pkg. Cream Cheese
  • 3 oz. Bacon Bits
  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Salt-n-Pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Put potatoes in crock pot
Add chicken broth, cream of chicken soup and 1/2 of the bacon bits
Pinch of Salt-n-Pepper

Cook on low for 8 hours or until potatoes are tender

An hour before serving, cut cream cheese into cubes
Place cubes in crock pot
Mix a few times throughout the hour

Top with cheese and bacon bits
