Chinese Beef and Peppers

Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless chuck, cut in thin strips (or meat cut of your choice)
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 3/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 cup green and/or red pepper strips
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups minute rice
  • 1 1/2 cup beef bouillon

Preparation

Step 1

Saute beef, onion and garlic in oil until meat is browned. Add ginger, green pepper, bouillon and soy sauce. Bring to a boil. Stir in rice. Cover, remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.
