Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups ground pecans
- 3 sticks butter
- Melt butter and mix flour and nuts - press into pie pans and bakeat 350 degrees untill brown(approx 20-22 min)
- 1 st Layer
- 1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
- 3 cups confectioners sugar
- 12 oz cool whip
- Beat cream cheese and confectioners sugar and then fold in the cool whip. Put into cooled pie crust and refrigerate.
- 2 nd Layer
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 6 Tbs cornstarch
- Heat in pan and bring to boil - cook til clear in color. Cool a little and add 1 large box strawberry gelatin. Add 2 quarts of strawberries to this mixture.
- Add this strawberry mixture to the pie crust and cool in refrigerator.
