Ingredients
- Yields approx 30 appetizers
- 1 (8-ounce) package light cream cheese
- 1 to 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
- 4 (8-inch) flour tortillas
- 32 fresh spinach leaves, stems removed
- 4 (1-ounce) slices deli Italian roast beef
- 6 (3/4-ounce) slices Deli Yellow or White American Cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Combine cream cheese, horseradish and mustard in small bowl; beat at medium speed until smooth. Spread about 1/4 cup cream cheese mixture evenly onto each tortilla.
Cut each cheese slice into 6 strips.
Arrange 8 spinach leaves over cream cheese mixture. Place 1 slice roast beef over spinach; sprinkle with about 1/4 cup cheese. Roll each tortilla up tightly; wrap with plastic food wrap. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
To serve, cut each tortilla into 1-inch slices. Discard ends, if desired.
