Grilled Parmesan Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. small red potatoes
  • 1/4 c chopped green onion
  • 2 tsp. oil
  • 1 T. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt

Preparation

Step 1

Cut potatoes into 1/2" cubes, place in medium bowl. Add onion and oil; toss to coat.

Place potatoes in center of large piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil.

Combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle over potatoes. Close foil and seal tightly. Grill over medium-hot coals 20 minutes or until potatoes are soft.
