  • 2 1/2 lb. small red potatoes,quartered
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbs. fresh dill,minced
  • 3 scallions,thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 Tbs. balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tbs. dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic,smashed and chopped
  • half a lemon,juiced (optional)
