Lemon Drop Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb margarine, melted
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 c sugar
  • 1 tap vanilla
  • 4 c flour
  • 8 tbsp. Baking powder
  • Grated rind of 2 lemons

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350*. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients well. Drop by teaspoonfuls on cookie sheet. Bake 12-15 minutes.

When cool, cookies can be iced with mix of confectioners' sugar, milk, and vanilla or lemon extract
