Potaffle (Waffle Iron Potato Patties)

Ingredients

  • 4 cups leftover mashed potatoes
  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 Tblsp chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 egg. lightly beaten

Preparation

Step 1

Coat waffle iron with cooking spray and preheat. Combine potatoes and other ingredients. Mix well. Spoon 1/4 cup mixture onto center of waffle iron and cook until golden brown.
