Ingredients
- 1/2 of a 1 lb pkg mostaccioli, uncooked
- 1 lb fully cooked smoked sausage, cut into serving pieces
- 1 - 10 -3/4 oz can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp parsley flakes
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 8 to 10 drops bottled hot pepper sauce
- 1/2 cup diced Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup diced cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350 deg.
Prepare mostaccioli according to package directions; drain. In medium skillet, brown sausage; drain. In medium bowl, blend soup, sour cream, milk, parsley flakes, salt and hot pepper sauce. Add mostaccioli and cheeses; mix well. Pour into greased 9x9" or 2 qt casserole dish. Top with smoked sausage.
Bake until hot, about 30 minutes.
