Ingredients
- 2 slices bacon, chopped
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb)
- 1/4 lb (4 oz) Velveeta Pasteurized Prepared Cheese product, cut into 1/2" cubes
- 2 Tbsp chicken broth
Preparation
Step 1
Cook bacon in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 4 min or until crisp. Remove bacon from skillet; drain on paper towels. Discard all but 1 Tbsp drippings.
Add chicken to skillet; cook on medium heat 4 to 5 min on each side or until done.
Meanwhile, combine Velveeta and chicken broth in msall small saucepan; cook on medium-low heat 2 to 3 min or until Velveeta is melted and sauce is well blended, stirring constantly. Spoon over chicken; sprinkle with bacon.
