Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz.) pumpkin
- 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 t. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 t. ground ginger
- 1/2 t. ground nutmeg
- 1/2 t. salt
- Whipped topping and nuts, optional
- 1 (9inch) unbaked pie crust, refrigerated or homemade
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425.
In a large bowl, combine filling ingredients, mixing well.
Pour into pie crust.
Bake 15 mins at 425.
Reduce oven temperature to 350 and continue to bake for 30-45 mins or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool pie before cutting
Garnish with whipped topping & nuts, if desired.
