Spinach Balls


These can be refrigerated or frozen until they are baked in the oven.

  • 2 pkgs. (10 oz. each) chopped frozen spinach
  • 2 cups Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
  • 1 large onion (diced)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 tsp thyme
  • Dash of salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup butter (melted)
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)

Cooking time 60mins


Step 1

Cook spinach and squeeze dry. Mix all ingredients together until well blended. Chill 2 hours or more. Roll into 1" balls. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes or until slightly brown.
