Ingredients

  • 6 oz Flaked Crab Meat
  • 2 large eggs (beaten)
  • 1/2 Cup Quick Oats
  • 1/2 Cup Scallions (sliced)
  • 1/2 Tsp dry mustard
  • 1/2 Tsp salt
  • 1/4 Tsp hot pepper sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Flour
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil

Preparation

Step 1

1. In a medium bowl, combine first 7 ingredients. (all but flour & veg. oil)
2. On wax paper make into patties and dredge each with flour.
3. Heat Oil in 12" non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook 5 minutes on each side..
