Ingredients
- 1 pkg. of cooked ramen noodles
- 1 tbsp. oyster sauce
- 1 tsp. dark sesame oil
- 1/8 tsp red chili flakes
- 1/4 cup grated carrot
- 1/4 cup cucumber and red pepper, julienned
- Boston/Romaine/Iceberg lettuce leaves, washed and dried
- 1/4 cup almond slices, if desired
Preparation
Step 1
Toss ingredients together until combined. Spoon into lettuce leaves and fasten with toothpicks.
