Ingredients
- fresh corn-on-the-cob
- one ear per serving
- I usually wait until I am ready to cook the corn to peal and scrub it. I found removing the leaves and silk at the store allows the corn to dry out.
Preparation
Step 1
Boil water in a pot large enough to hold the corn.
When water is boiling put corn in and bring it back to a boil.
COOK 7 MINUTES that's all.
Remove from water and serve.
