Ingredients
- 2 lbs Hashbrowns
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 lb (16 oz) container sour cream
- 1 1/2 stick butter (melted)
- 8 oz grated cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper
- bread crumbs
Preparation
Step 1
In large bowl, mix soup, sour cream, melted butter, cheese and onions together.
Fold in potatoes
Put in greased casserole dish
Put bread crumbs on top
Bake at 375 for 1 hour
When bread gets brown put aluminum foil on top
