Directions

Melt Butter, add onion, carrot, celery and cook until soft. Add flour gradually while stirring constantly.

Add parsley and other seasonings.

Gradually add Warm Milk while continually stirring, add wine, shrimp and salt to taste.

I usually use more carrots and add 3/4 lb of the shrimp and use an imulsion blender to blend all the soup then cut up the remaning shrimp in chunks and add to soup after using the Blender. I usually double this recipe
