Ingredients

  • 1 cup low-fat plain kefir
  • 1/2 cup peeled, cooked sweet potato, cooled
  • 1/4 cup canned navy beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 Tbsp. walnuts
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp. ground cloves
  • 1/2 frozen banana, chopped
