Ingredients
- 1 / 1/2 tb. smoked paprika
- 1 tbs. chile powder
- 1 tbs. light brown sugar
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 8 garli cloves chopped
- 2 lbs. shrimp - shells on
- 4 SCALLIONS, SLICED THIN
Preparation
Step 1
In a lg. bowl mix all dry ingredients ( except scallions & shrimp. Add shrimp & toss to coat. Heat approx. 1/4-1/2 c. of vegetable oil in skillet & cook shrimp until curled. Approx. 4 min. Add 2 tbs. butter & scallions to pan & stir into shrimp.
