Cranberry chipotle country style spare ribs

Ingredients
- 3 pds boneless pork country style ribs
- salt
- ground black pepper
- 1 16 oz can whole cranberry sauce
- 1 c chopped (1 large)
- 3 chipolte peppers in adobe sauce finely chopped
- 1 1/2 t bottled minced garlic (3 cloves)
Preparation
Step 1
trim fat from ribs and sprinkle w salt and pepper
place ribs in slow cooker
for sauce in a med bowl combine cranberry sauce, onion, chipotle peppers and garlic
pour sauce over ribs in cooker
coer and cook opn low for 7 to 8 hours
transfer ribs to serving platter
stir sauce and drizzle over ribs-serve w remaining sauce
