Ingredients
- 3/4 Cup Raw Potato, peeled and cubed
- 1 Medium Carrot
- 2 Cups Chopped Broccoli
- 2 Tbs. Butter
- 2 Tbs. Flour
- 1 1/2 Cups Milk
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- Dash of Nutmeg
- Dash of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Cook potatoes and carrots in small saucepan; drain and set aside. Cook broccoli in separate saucepan; drain and set aside. Melt butter in saucepan; add flour and stir until smooth. Slowly add milk. Bring to a boil until thickened. Add salt, nutmeg, and pepper. Then add potatoes, carrots and broccoli.
