Ingredients
- 6 Slices Bacon
- 1 Large Onion
- 4 Cups Green Beans
- 1 Tbs. Cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp. Dry Mustard
- 2 Tbs. Brown Sugar
- 1 Tbs. Vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
Cut bacon into small pieces and fry. Dice onion and fry in bacon grease; set aside. Drain green beans, reserving 1 cup liquid; dissolve cornstarch in bean liquid. Add dry mustard, brown sugar, and vinegar and cook in saucepan until thickened. Add green beans, bacon, and onion and simmer until hot.
