Buttery Pepper Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon water
  • 1 &1/2 Tblsp. Molly McButter® Butter Flavor sprinkles
  • 2 tsp. Mrs. Dash® Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend
  • 1 tsp. lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp. honey
  • 8 oz. salmon
  • 1 &1/2 Tblsp. toasted almonds

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat broiler. Combine first five ingredients in small bowl; mix well. Broil fish in grill pan 6-8 inches (15 - 20cm) from heat source. Broil salmon for 5 minutes, skin side up. Turn fish over after 5 minutes and spread with Molly McButter®/Mrs. Dash® mixture. Broil for an additional 4-5 minutes. Garnish with sliced almonds.
