Ingredients
- 1 ( 3 to 5 pound ) beef chuck shoulder roast
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 package onion soup mix
- 4 to 5 medium peeled potatoes, quartered
- 4 cups baby carrots
Preparation
Step 1
Combine the beef and soups in crock pot. Cook on low for 4 hours. Add the potatoes and carrots and cook another 2 hours on low.
