Ingredients
- 3/4 Cup Vinegar
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 4 Eggs
- 1 Tbs. Cornstarch
- Bacon
- Head of Lettuce
Preparation
Step 1
Cut bacon in small pieces and fry in skillet until crisp. Add vinegar, sugar, salt, beaten eggs, and cornstarch. Cook until thickened. Add finely cut up lettuce and wilt. Serve warm.
