Ingredients
- 1 pound buffalo meat finely ground
- 1 cup Mesa Bbq Sauce (see recipe) (or your favorite brand)
- Salt to taste
- Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
- 8 slices rye bread
- Mango Ketchup (see recipe)
- Red Slaw (see recipe)
Preparation
Step 1
Divide the meat into fourths and shape into burgers. Brush on both sides with the bbq sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste. Grill for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
Serve on the rye bread with Mango Ketchup. Serve the Red Slaw on the side.
