BBQ Buffalo Burger With Mango Ketchup And Red Slaw

Ingredients

  • 1 pound buffalo meat finely ground
  • 1 cup Mesa Bbq Sauce (see recipe) (or your favorite brand)
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
  • 8 slices rye bread
  • Mango Ketchup (see recipe)
  • Red Slaw (see recipe)

Preparation

Step 1

Divide the meat into fourths and shape into burgers. Brush on both sides with the bbq sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste. Grill for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.

Serve on the rye bread with Mango Ketchup. Serve the Red Slaw on the side.
