Corn Cheese Pie

Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 8oz can creamed corn
  • 1 8oz can corn, drained
  • 1/4 lb butter
  • 1/2 cup yellow corn meal
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 oz monterey jack cheese, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  • 4 oz diced canned green chiles
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp worcestshire sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Beat the eggs in a large bowl. Add all of the remaining ingredients and stir until well blended.

Pour into a greased, 9x9 bakery dish. Bake for 1 hour or until firm.
