Ingredients
- 1/4 cup salad oil
- 1 can crabmeat
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons onion -- chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter -- melted
- 1 pound fresh mushrooms
Preparation
Step 1
Rinse and dry mushrooms. Remove stems, brush caps with oil. Place in
buttered baking dish.
Combine crab through 1/4 cup crumbs. Fill caps. Combine 1/4 cup bread
crumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle over stuffed mushrooms.
Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes
