Ingredients
- 1 (2 lb) pork tenderloin
- 1 12oz can or bottle of root beer
- 1 18oz bottle bbq sauce
- 8 hamburger buns
Preparation
Step 1
Place the tenderloin in the slow cooker and pour the root beer over the meat.
Cover and cook on low until well cooked and the pork shreds - about 6-7 hrs.
Drain well.
Stir in bbq sauce and serve over hamburger buns.
