White Bean Crostini

Ingredients

  • 1 (15-ounce) can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for drizzling on top
  • 1 (1-pound) loaf crusty bread, cut into 12 slices or wedges

Preparation

Step 1

Combine beans, garlic and salt in a blender or food processor. Slowly add olive oil and blend until smooth.

Add white pepper. Spread on slices of bread.
