Ingredients

  • 3 c. corn
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 2 c. saltine cracker crumbs
  • 2 c. cream style corn
  • 1/2 c. evaporated milk
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 1/4 . t. black pepper
  • 1/4 c. egg, beat

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes OR place mixture in foil pan and cover for freezing. If you freeze the corn--place covered pan of frozen escalloped corn in oven. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover baking an additional 15-30 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
