Ingredients
- 2 lbs of yams about 4-6
- 1/2 cup brown sugar packed
- 3 tab butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 tab of milk or cream
- splash of log cabin syrup
Preparation
Step 1
Cook potatoes, cut into slices 1/2", Combine above cook until smooth and add potatoes stir gently to glaze and heat potatoes through. Can put in oven to reheat if needed.
