  • 2 lbs of yams about 4-6
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar packed
  • 3 tab butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 tab of milk or cream
  • splash of log cabin syrup



Step 1

Cook potatoes, cut into slices 1/2", Combine above cook until smooth and add potatoes stir gently to glaze and heat potatoes through. Can put in oven to reheat if needed.
