Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cup flour
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 ripe bananas (1 cup mashed)
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/4 cup plus 1 Tbsp buttermilk
- 1 tsp vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Mix dry ingredients together. Add moist ingredients to dry. Butter bread pans. Bake at 325° for 1 hour 20 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
**start checking on bread after 45 minutes. In high altitudes it needs less time in the oven.
