Ingredients
- Fresh figs
- Soft blue cheese
- Store-bought balsamic glaze
Preparation
Step 1
Starting at stem end, cut figs halfway down toward bottom. Stuff with soft blue cheese. Thread on skewers. Grill over medium, turning occasionally and brushing with store-bought balsamic glaze, until figs are charred in spots, 3 to 5 minutes.
