Harvest Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 2 c cheddar sheese
  • 1/2 c margarine, melted
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • Topping
  • 2 c. cornflakes, crushed
  • 1/4 c. margarine melted

Preparation

Step 1

Grease 9 x 13 dish. Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Spoon into baking dish. In a small combine topping ingredients. Sprinkle over potatoes. Bake about 40 minutes or until bubbly.
