Ingredients
- 2 cups strawberries reserve 2 berries, and slice the remainder
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 8 ice cubes
Preparation
Step 1
In a blender, puree the strawberries, milk, yogurt and orange juice. Add the ice and blend until the ice is coarsely chopped.
Serve in chilled glasses, garnished with the reserved strawberry slices.
